What to send

• Artwork: vector preferred (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG). A 300 dpi PNG works for embroidery.
• Quantity, split by color, and by S/M and L/XL for Decky buckets.
• Style number (Decky 961, YP 6245CM, YP 6502, Richardson 112FP, etc.) and hat colors.
• Decoration: embroidery, leather patch (glued or sewn), or a combo.
• In-hands date. Standard is 28 days from proof approval.

What happens next

1. We reply with a per-hat price (blank plus decoration) and any one-time fees.
2. You approve, we send a digital proof at true size on the hat.
3. You approve the proof; production starts and the 28-day clock begins.
4. We ship nationwide and send tracking.
