A realistic job
72 patch five-panels and 48 buckets
72 Richardson 112FP five-panels with a glued leather patch: 72 x $6.50 = $468.00, no setup. 48 Decky 961 buckets with the same logo embroidered: 48 x $6.50 = $312.00 plus $18.99 digitizing. Blanks quoted per job. Reference: the same patch on a Richardson 112 (blank $13.50) is $20.00 all-in at 72.
What to send
- Artwork: vector (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) or a 300 dpi PNG.
- Quantity, split by hat color if mixed.
- Style numbers and colors. Sizes are not needed for OSFA hats; for fitted Decky buckets give a S/M and L/XL split.
- Decoration: embroidery, leather patch (glued or sewn), or a combo.
- In-hands date.
